How does the free trial work?
All Twitalyzer paid accounts start with a free trial during which time you will not be charged. You can cancel at any point during this trial by clicking the “Account Settings” link under Administration.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Twitalyzer is a month-to-month service that you can cancel at anytime without reason simply by clicking the “Account Settings” link under Administration.

What are my payment options?
You can pay for Twitalyzer using all major credit cards and Paypal. We also have an annual invoice option for companies who cannot create Paypal subscriptions.

Do you provide discounts to nonprofits?
Yes! If you are a non-profit, educational, or government institution we have a very generous discounting program to get you started.

Do I have to pay to use Twitalyzer?
No. Twitalyzer provides our three most popular reports at no charge to everyone. Simply sign in with Twitter to get started.

How many accounts can I track?
Individual accounts are limited to one account tracked. Business and agency accounts can track up to 100 accounts. If you need more than that, please contact us directly.

Pay by Invoice
Twitalyzer now offers an annual payment by invoice option for companies not able to create Paypal accounts. This option is also cancellable at any time and refunds will be pro-rated based on the first date of payments following the seven-day trial.

Authenticated Users Only
Emailing from Twitalyzer is only enabled for authenticated accounts. Please change to an authenticated account or, if you’re new to Twitalyzer, sign in with Twitter to start using this and dozens of other features.
Add Twitter Account to Twitalyzer
Twitalyzer allows you to add authenticated and non-authenticated accounts:
Authenticated accounts are those you own and have Twitter log-in credentials for. Non-authenticated accounts are those you do not own, for example your competitors or business partners.
Add an Authenticated Account
Please sign in with Twitter to add an authenticated account to your Twitalyzer profile. Want to track accounts that you do not own?
Adding an authenticated account will allow you to create lists, tweet from Twitalyzer, and adds other useful functionality. We will NEVER automatically tweet without asking you first.
